Yoga and Meditation

Yoga is so good for the mind and body - before you say, "Wow, I don't feel like I did anything!" Really follow with the breathing and turn your focus all into your sense of self. If you can let go it really is a wonderful way to reduce stress, gain flexibility, and work on core strength - and core strength, after all, is the "core" of preventing other injuries and increasing capacity for the routine activities of daily life.

I have been exploring this more, and will try and post links to the videos I am doing and find particularly useful :)
